2024 RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS

2024 Retreat Gallery

Some highlights of the 2024 Health & Wellness Retreat. Each photo reflects the experiences and moments that shaped our holistic wellness journey. From peaceful yoga practices, through to ice baths, education to the joy of shared meals. This captures the essence of our retreats and the connections formed along the way.

I recently attended the health and wellness retreat at Changing Habits Farm, and wow it certainly exceeded my expectations. I was unsure about investing in myself in this way, but I am so glad that I did. As a busy mum of two little ones, I don’t often get time to myself to relax or learn, and this retreat provided the perfect balance of both. I left with a rested nervous system, feeling revitalised and inspired. It was such a wholesome weekend where everyone held space for each other, a place where we could connect with likeminded people. It’s hard to put into words what this meant to me, but it certainly felt like exactly what I needed. The beautiful hosts, Cyndi and Monique, created a space for connection, rest, learning and reflection and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is considering experiencing this retreat!

Nikki

Oh what a beautiful, peaceful, nourishing, connected time of self care & health inspiration! I can’t speak more highly of what Monique, Cyndi and their people created with this wonderful Retreat. Everything was so well thought of, the most delicious food, the cozy accommodation, the incredible speakers, inspiring information and the beautiful atmosphere. Not to mention stunning farm – organic, natural and so beautiful, it was the best backdrop for deep peace, nature connection and nourishment – (even to the point that I brought my little family for a stay at their Air BnB just weeks after the retreat to keep the experience going and share it with them😊) Thank you so much Monique, Cyndi and all there, I’m deeply grateful for this experience with you wonderful souls and I highly recommend this beautiful retreat for health inspiration, nature connection and deep nourishment of body, mind and soul.

Tahli

Thank you so much for the weekend… I got an enormous amount out of it…I’m really not sure what I can choose as the absolute highlight as it was all absolutely amazing!
Probably the garden walk, then the breathwork then the fig tree solo meditation (I got a LOT of insights!!) then everything else including the food in equal measure. Nothing wasn’t fabulous and I learned something at every session, even the stuff I know like fermentation.

Ruth Hotson – Integration of New Knowledge

After being told that I didn’t handle stress and that was the cause of my long-term health issues, I have spent over a decade understanding stress and the impacts it has on our bodies and mind. Kinesiology and EFT to help change our reaction and default response to stress. My aim is to help people find physical and emotional balance so they make the most of life.
