Ruth Hotson – Integration of New Knowledge
After being told that I didn’t handle stress and that was the cause of my long-term health issues, I have spent over a decade understanding stress and the impacts it has on our bodies and mind. This has led me to studying several different modalities so I could help people manage the daily effects of stress. These include myofascia massage to relieve stress and tension from the body.
Kinesiology and EFT to help change our reaction and default response to stress. My aim is to help people find physical and emotional balance so they make the most of life.
