Regenerative agriculture asks us to consider the whole living system: soil, water, pasture, animals, wildlife and people. It is not a finished destination or a marketing label—it is the daily practice of observing, learning and trying to leave the farm better than we found it.

Our beef
Is your beef grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes. Our cattle are raised outdoors on pasture, grass-fed and grass-finished, and never fed grain. They also have access to selected free-choice minerals.
Is your beef certified organic?
No. We are not certified organic. Instead, we explain our practices openly: no herbicides, pesticides, insecticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures, and no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics.
What makes your beef different from supermarket beef?
Our beef comes with a direct connection to the family and land behind it. You can understand how the cattle were raised, ask us questions and know the values guiding the food you bring home.
How are your cattle handled?
We practise low-stress stock handling, working calmly with the natural behaviour of the cattle and avoiding unnecessary pressure, fear and force.
How we farm
What does regenerative farming mean to your family?
It means looking at soil, water, pasture, animals, wildlife and people as one connected system, then making decisions intended to strengthen the health of the whole.
What is cell grazing?
Cattle are moved through smaller areas of pasture before moving onto fresh ground. Previously grazed areas are then given time to rest and regrow.
Do you use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers?
No. We use natural and biological approaches including biodynamic preparations, compost and other practices that support living soil and natural nutrient cycles.
Do you practise natural sequence farming?
Yes. It forms part of our approach to understanding water movement, alongside native planting, agroforestry and caring for riparian areas.
Beef boxes & ordering
What beef boxes do you sell?
Our range changes with availability. Visit the Shop page for current boxes, approximate weights, contents and prices.
Can I choose individual cuts or request substitutions?
Not currently. Each box has a particular combination of cuts and cannot be customised. Its expected contents are listed before purchase.
Are the box weights exact?
Weights are approximate because every animal and individual cut is naturally different. The expected weight appears on each product page.
Do you offer quarter, half or whole animals?
Yes. Go to the shop page or contact us for current availability, expected contents, approximate weights and delivery arrangements.
What happens when a box sells out?
Join our mailing list for new beef drops and restock announcements.
When will my order be delivered?
Local deliveries are made every fortnight on a Wednesday and Thursday. To keep our farm deliveries practical and efficient, we plan the routes and assign each order to one of these days. Customers cannot select a preferred delivery day at checkout, but we will let you know which day your order is scheduled to arrive.
Orders must be placed by 12pm Tuesday to be included in that week’s deliveries. Orders received after the cut-off will move to the following week’s delivery schedule.
Delivery & collection
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver mostly throughout the Sunshine Coast region. Regular delivery to Brisbane, Gympie and the Gold Coast is not currently available. Check you postcode at checkout to see.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within our current Sunshine Coast service area is $20.
Do I need to be home?
Ideally, yes. If you cannot be home, nominate a safe shaded place. Transfer the frozen meat from its insulated box to your freezer as soon as possible.
Can I collect from the farm?
No, not currently! However, we are working on this option.

Visit, stay & gather
Can we visit the farm?
Visits require a confirmed booking for a tour, experience, event or farm stay. Please do not arrive without an appointment.

Can I stay at the farm?
Yes. The Cattleman’s Cottage is a private one-bedroom stay for adults. It is not suitable for children or pets, and bookings are managed through Airbnb
Can I hire the farm shed?
We consider suitable workshops, education, wellness experiences, private celebrations and community gatherings.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Pets cannot be brought onto the farm because of our livestock, wildlife and biosecurity responsibilities
