Website Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Welcome to Changing Habits Regenerative Farm.

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access our website, create an account, purchase our products or otherwise use our online services.

This website and business are operated by Memlex Pty Ltd trading as Changing Habits Regenerative Farm (ABN 20 983 608 312).

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Memlex Pty Ltd trading as Changing Habits Regenerative Farm. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Any additional conditions displayed on a product, event or booking page

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Provide false, incomplete or misleading information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or connected systems

  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Scrape, copy or extract website content for commercial use without permission

  • Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of another person

  • Use the website in a way that could harm our business, customers, team or reputation

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, our business or other users.

2. Eligibility to place an order

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information when ordering or creating an account.

3. Customer accounts

You may be able to create an account through our website to manage your details and view previous orders.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Updating your details when they change

  • All activity carried out through your account unless it occurred because of something for which we are responsible

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

4. Product availability

We are a small working farm, and our beef is produced and released in limited quantities.

All products are subject to seasonal and processing availability. Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • An agreed suitable alternative

  • Waiting for the product to become available

  • Store credit, if you agree

  • A partial or full refund for the unavailable product

We will not substitute a product without your agreement where the replacement is materially different from what you ordered.

We may set reasonable purchase limits to manage limited stock, prevent suspected fraud or discourage unauthorised commercial resale.

5. Natural variation in our products

Beef is a natural farm product. Individual cuts and boxes may vary in:

  • Exact weight

  • Shape and size

  • Colour and appearance

  • Marbling and fat coverage

  • Number or size of individual portions

All weights displayed on our product pages are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a product is sold as a fixed-price box rather than by exact weight, the advertised price applies to the complete box. We make reasonable efforts to ensure each box is consistent with its description and stated approximate weight.

Natural variations that are reasonable for a farm product do not necessarily mean that the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your rights if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Product descriptions and images

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, box contents, prices, weights and images are accurate and current.

Product photographs are illustrative. Because our products are natural and prepared in small batches, the product received may not look exactly the same as the product pictured.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Any significant error in a product description, price or availability will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

7. Beef boxes and individual preferences

Our beef boxes contain the products described on the relevant product page.

Customers cannot currently:

  • Choose every individual cut within a box

  • Request substitutions

  • Request preferences such as additional mince, fewer steaks or removal of particular cuts

We may occasionally sell individual cuts or other products separately when available.

Please read each product description carefully before ordering.

8. Quarter, half and whole-animal orders

Quarter, half and whole-animal orders require a deposit to reserve the animal allocation and processing.

The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel the order after confirming it.

If we are unable to fulfil the order, we will refund the deposit or, with your agreement, transfer it to another order.

Estimated weights, cuts and final quantities may vary because each animal is different. Any specific pricing, payment schedule, estimated yield or processing arrangements for these orders will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Prices

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed before you complete checkout. Our current local Sunshine Coast delivery fee is set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

We may change product prices at any time before an order is placed. Price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before supplying it. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected product for a refund.

10. Payments

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

You must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if:

  • Payment is declined or reversed

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected

  • Required order information is incomplete

11. When an order is accepted

After placing an order, you may receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received it.

This acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when:

  • Payment has been successfully received or authorised

  • We confirm the products are available

  • We send confirmation that the order is being prepared, fulfilled or scheduled

We may reasonably decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, payment problems, an obvious pricing error, delivery limitations, suspected fraud or another genuine operational issue.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount unless the payment is being lawfully withheld for another reason.

12. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at changinghabitsfarm@gmail.com.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, allocated, prepared, packed or scheduled for delivery.

Because our products are frozen and perishable, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for a simple change of mind.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete terms applying to cancellations, order problems and remedies.

13. Delivery

Reasonable redelivery costs may apply where delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information.
