Delivery & Shipping Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
We want your farm-fresh beef to reach you frozen, safely packed and ready for your freezer.
This policy applies to physical farm products sold by Memlex Pty Ltd trading as Changing Habits Regenerative Farm (ABN 20 983 608 312).
Where we deliver
We currently deliver throughout selected areas of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
At this stage, we do not offer regular delivery to Brisbane, Gympie, the Gold Coast or other regions outside our Sunshine Coast delivery area.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us at changinghabitsfarm@gmail.com before placing your order.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery fee
Local Sunshine Coast delivery is a flat rate of $20 per order.
The delivery fee does not vary within our approved delivery area.
There is currently no minimum order value.
Delivery days and order cut-offs
As a small working farm, our delivery days and order cut-offs may vary depending on product availability, processing schedules and farm operations.
Available delivery information will be displayed during ordering or communicated directly after your order has been confirmed.
We will let you know when your order is scheduled for delivery. Please ensure the email address and contact details supplied with your order are correct.
How your beef is packed
All meat is vacuum sealed for freshness, frozen and packed into an insulated box for delivery.
Your order is packed to help maintain a safe temperature during transport. However, frozen meat should still be collected and placed into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Receiving your delivery
We recommend that someone be available to receive the order whenever possible.
Once your order arrives, please:
- Bring the box inside promptly
- Check that the contents are in good condition
- Place all meat into a freezer without delay
- Contact us promptly if anything appears damaged, missing or unsafe
The amount of time an order can remain safely frozen or chilled will depend on the weather, delivery location and how long the box remains unattended.
Authority to leave
If nobody will be home, you may authorise us to leave your order in a safe place.
Your nominated location should be:
- Shaded and protected from direct sunlight
- Protected from animals and weather
- Easy for the delivery driver to access
- Secure and clearly identified in your delivery instructions
Once an order has been delivered according to your instructions, you are responsible for bringing it inside and placing the meat into a freezer promptly.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused after a correctly delivered order has been left unattended or has not been refrigerated or frozen promptly. This does not apply where the problem existed before delivery or resulted from something for which we are responsible.
If there is no suitable place to leave your order, please contact us before the scheduled delivery.
