Bone Marrow Mince (approx 500g)

Our bone marrow mince combines premium beef mince with rich, flavoursome bone marrow for added depth and succulence.

Use it just as you would regular mince—it makes beautifully juicy burgers and meatballs, while adding extra richness to bolognese, tacos, cottage pie, lasagne and slow-cooked sauces.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished, with no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
