What’s available

You can now shop our beef in the way that works best for your household—choose one of our carefully curated beef boxes or build your own order by mixing and matching individual cuts.

Our beef comes from a limited processing run, so quantities of each box and individual cut will vary. Once a product has sold out, it may not be available again until our next release.

Individual-cut orders

A minimum meat order of $100 applies when purchasing individual cuts. Mix and match any available cuts to reach the minimum. Delivery is calculated separately and does not count towards the $100 minimum.

Our beef boxes are all priced above the minimum and can be ordered as listed.

Next delivery

Our next delivery day is Thursday 22 October.

Orders must be placed by midnight Wednesday 21 October to be included in this delivery round.

Preorders are also open for our Eighth, Quarter and Half Beast shares, with the next bulk-beef delivery expected during the first week of November.
