Perfect for pan-searing, grilling or cooking over the barbecue. Season simply, cook to your liking and allow the steaks to rest before serving so their natural juices and flavour can shine.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished. They are not vaccinated, and we use no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
