Nutrition, hormones & you.

From vegan to carnivore, nutrition advice can feel like a tug of war. How do you decide what to trust—and how might your needs change through different stages of life?

Across two dedicated sessions, Cyndi will explore nutrition, the wider hormone system and practical ways to bring the conversation into your everyday life.

THE FIRST HOUR · NUTRITION

THE SECOND HOUR · HORMONES & NUTRITION

More than oestrogen and progesterone.

Explore the wider hormone system and the relationship between food, metabolic health and wellbeing across different life stages.

The bigger hormonal picture

Look beyond two sex hormones and explore the roles of hormones including leptin and insulin.

Food and your hormones

Discuss how what you eat interacts with your hormone system, and examine the question of insulin resistance during this life stage.

Hormone wellbeing through every stage of life
Explore nutrition and hormone wellbeing across different life stages, with discussion of PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause, alongside ageing with strength and agility.
