Plain Beef Sausages

Thick, generously sized beef sausages with a classic, straightforward flavour that keeps the focus firmly on the beef.

Ideal for the barbecue, pan-frying, sausage trays, casseroles or serving with mash and vegetables. Cook gently over medium heat, turning regularly, until beautifully browned and cooked through.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished. They are not vaccinated, and we use no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
