Nitrate-free Corned Beef

A comforting, full-flavoured cut prepared without added nitrates. Our corned beef becomes beautifully tender when cooked slowly and is delicious served warm with vegetables or sliced cold for sandwiches, salads and easy meals.

Gently simmer on the stovetop or cook slowly until tender, then allow the beef to rest briefly before slicing across the grain.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished. They are not vaccinated, and we use no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
