Y-Bone

Y-bone is a rich, full-flavoured cut that becomes beautifully tender when cooked gently. The bone adds extra depth as it cooks, making it perfect for braising, casseroles, curries and slow-cooked family meals.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished, with no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
