Brisket

Brisket is a deeply flavoursome cut that transforms with long, gentle cooking into beautifully tender and succulent beef.

Ideal for slow roasting, braising, smoking or cooking in the slow cooker. Season simply or add your favourite rub, then cook low and slow until tender. Allow the brisket to rest before slicing across the grain.

Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished. They are not vaccinated, and we use no growth-promoting hormones or routine preventative antibiotics. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers on our pastures.
